Retired Navy Admiral Jonathan Trumbull Howe

Retired Navy Admiral Jonathan Howe will be speaking to our students on Veterans Day on the topics of Veterans Day and "What Should be the Role of the US in the World Today?" Click on the photo for a biography of Jonathan Howe from the USS Berkeley site. Admiral Howe was the Commanding Officer from March, 1974- January 1975.

Admiral Howe, a retired four-star U.S. Navy Admiral, was the Special Representative to the UN Secretary General (Boutrous-Ghali) for Somalia. Howe was also the former Deputy National Security Advisor in the Bush Adminstration.
